One owner from new and in immaculate condition inside and out. Owned by non smoker. Cleaned weekly, waxed monthly and maintained regularly with Meguiars products. I am including the genuine Seat/VW accessories I purchased with the car which include chrome effect wing mirror casings @ £40, Golf GTi pedals @ £70, Seat carpet mats @ £57.27, Cannon VS (vehicle specific) rubber mats @ £44.99 and Leon boot liner @ £51.27. I will also supply the original pedals and mirror casings.

I have a file which holds all documentation relating to the vehicle including all invoices since new.  Last service was 26/6/09 by Kings Seat of Portsmouth.

If you have ever driven one of these with the original dampers fitted you will know how hard the suspension is as standard. It being so does not mean by default that the handling is at it's best...in fact we found it ok at first, but after I had covered 6,215 I'd had enough of the harsh ride. I spent some time exploring the alternatives since I didn't want to have the car give the impression of being owned by a habitual modifier or racer (not my cup of tea, but it may be ok for some...I'm 41 and an advanced driver). I decided to have Koni FSD shock absorbers fitted (£450 + fitting = £660.08 and worth every penny!) see here for details: http://www.koni.com/190.html The effect is profound...the ride now has all the finesse and control that was previously missing. I had these fitted with the fitted OEM springs as this is how Koni intended them to be fitted. In fact, in the Netherlands you can specify these as an option from Seat! I will supply the original parts with the car.

I have prepared this vehicle for sale very carefully and I believe I am offering a well presented and complete package that will insure peace of mind for any new owner. I have been let down several times myself when buying second hand vehicles - car full of rubbish hidden under back seats etc, non disclosure of faulty equipment even after direct questions, car maintained to restricted budget but advertised as otherwise....the list goes on. This is most certainly not one of these vehicles.
